Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Peloro handles information when you use the game. It applies to the App and its local multiplayer features. It does not apply to Apple or other third-party services, which handle information under their own policies.
Information Used During Play
Peloro uses gameplay information that is necessary to run a game, such as player choices, game state, preferences, and locally saved game records. This information is intended to remain on your device unless it is shared with other players during a local network game.
When you join or host a game on the same local network, participating devices may exchange the gameplay information needed to run that session. Other players in that session can see information the game presents to them, including shared game outcomes and any names or labels you choose to provide within the game.
How Information Is Used
We use the information described above to provide the game, keep a session in progress, save local preferences or records when available, and enable local network play. We do not require an account for the core game experience.
Purchases and Platform Services
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may provide the App with confirmation that a purchase was completed so that purchased content can be made available. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not provided to us through the App.
Storage and Retention
Gameplay records and preferences may be stored on your device for as long as you keep the App or its local data. Information exchanged in a local network game is used to operate that session. You can generally remove locally stored game information by using available in-app controls, removing the App, or using your device settings, subject to iOS behavior.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We do not share gameplay information with other players except as needed to operate a local multiplayer session. We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, protect rights or safety, or respond to a valid legal request.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App's design to protect information handled by the App. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you should use care when choosing what to share with other players.
Children's Privacy
Peloro is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in the relevant jurisdiction. Do not provide personal information through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can review the request.
Updates and Contact
